I worked with the students of sri Ushodaya Techno school in the year 2012 and brought out this book to spread the message "SAVE EARTH". This was given as a project work to the students during summer vacation. Nature is badly hurt, wounded and bleeding due to man's activity. Modern man is more destructive to nature than his ancient counterparts. Our life style is the reason for global warming. Many birds and animals are endangered and some are extinct due to his lifestyle. Millions of children die each year due to pollution. Environmental pollution is badly affecting the human health. It's high time we started doing something to undo the damage caused to the earth by machines.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY SAVES
The term "technology" is the buzz word of the
modern scientific world. The field of "green technology" encompasses
evolving materials and techniques for generating energy to non-toxic products.
Green technology is innovation that brings changes in daily life in the same
way as "information technology" Green technologies are in the early
stages.
We can not spend a day without burning coal, diesel, petrol and kerosene that have been damaging health and environment. These fossil fuels will not last for ever. Developing alternatives fuels are indispensable.Green technologies help meeting the needs of society in ways
that can continue indefinitely into the future without damaging
or depleting natural resources. In short, meeting present needs without
compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Green
technologies reduce waste and pollution by changing patterns of production and
consumption. We need green engineering.
